- I have your various letters. I will communicate with John Ott with relation to the apparatus shipped to the Pacific Mutual Telegraph Co. TAE is away at the present time, but immediately he returns I sm going fully into the matter with him, and shall doubtless get a remedy in the shape of a good lightning arrester. Mr.Tate favors an arrester to be placed on the wires just before they enter the switchboard of an office.
