We enclose you herewith out order No.9, and we would especially ask you t oinstruct your shipping clerk to exercise care in making this shipment. Since we took charge of the phonoplex system we have not had an single shipment sent from your establishment which has been correct. The reflecion for errors falls on us and not youselves, and you will doubtless appreciate our anxiety to give our customers the impression that we transact, our buisness affairs in a perfectly buisnesslike manner.
