- [LM022179], Letter from Charles Patterson Bruch to Alfred Ord Tate, October 1st, 1888
- Editor's Notes
- "There is a large tin phonograph funnel that has been standing here al summer which the North American people have asked me to allow them to take for use at their office. I am under the impression that the funnel belongs to the Laboratory and if that is the case, I do not wish to let them have it without Mr. Edison’s consent. Please let me know whether he has any objections to my sending it to them, and oblige," Yours very truly, Chas. P. Bruch
