Abstract

"I am greatly annoyed at the delay which occurred at your factory in filling my orders for 200 regular unexhausted Lamps.####There seems to be absolutely no excuse for three days having elapsed without three lamps & coming to hand after the order had been sent you. My orders MUSTt be filled IMMEDIATELY or delays explained equally as quick These unnecessary delays push the cost of experimenting up very high
