Dear Sirs:--
We are in receipt of yours of the 28th ult., and are obliged to you for agreeing to accept our ninety days note with ninety days interest added. We have made out the note and forwarded it to Mr. Edison, who is in Florida, to have him countersign and endorse it, and have requested that he mail it direct to you, so that you may receive it in the shortest possible time.
Thanking you very much for the accommodation, which we greatly appreciate, we are.
