Dear Sirs:--
The fact that we will not get started at Edison until sometime next month owing to the delays in receipt of castings makes it necessary for us to provide for another Pay Roll in addition to what we have figured, so it will be a necessary to use the February Baird note at our bank. Will you therefore, please ask him to send us a new note dating it at present and making the time not to exceed four months, now that we may use the same at our bank.
It looks now as if we will get off somewhere about April 10th, unless smething unforesee comes up.
