On Saturday I gave Mr. Cunningham instructions hereafter on the Pay Roll, put the number and name of every man, also particular place in which he works, stating whether he is a Machinist, Carpenter Mill Hand, etc., etc., etc., as a guide to us and yourself is checking up Pay Roll.
Kindly see that this is done before any more Pay Rolls are sent to us.
