Mr. H.S. Gay Supt.
Edison, N.J.
Dear Sir:--
We are having another lot of insurance policies cancelled because a young man connected with one of the Insurance Companies, went to Edison, and went through the plant without a permit from Col. Wood; and whoever showed him through, gave him information not correct. Please arrange so that in the future no Insurance representative is permitted to go through the plant without an order from either Col. Woof for us at Orange. Also do not give out any more blue prints of the plant, but refer to the asker to Col. Wood, who always has a supply on hand.
I wish you would also arrange in case Insurance representatives call, who have letters from Col. Wood or ourselves; that in case you yourself cannot show them through the plant, that you get someone to do it who is posted; as the cancelling of policies and taking out new ones causes us a great deal of trouble and annoyance, and makes it hard to loop the full amount of insurance that no desire.
Yours very truly,
Mr. H.S. Gay Supt.
