Dear Sirs:-
On my return here, I find Mr. Jaques wrote you under date of September 21st, asking that you forward this to office of the Baird agreements of December 9th, 1899 and January 9th, 1900, left September 20th to be cancelled. Also one copy of the new Baird agreement. he did this from a memorandum I made and put into my basket..
I write this in explanation, thinking you might not understand why such a letter was writted the day after my visit to Philadelphia.
