Mr. H.S. Gay, Supt.,
N.J. & P.C. Works,
Edison, N.J.
Dear Sir:-
Commencing immediately, please arrange to divide the men still in our employ into gangs, putting a Foreman over each, arranging to have that Foreman make you a daily report of the work done by his men. This report to be approved by you and then forwarded to this office.
I beg herewith to enclose a carbon copy of instructions sent to Morris Jayne, which explains itself.
In re. reports..
They are to cover the repair and construction work over the entire plant but not the Bricker plant; the ordinary reports being sufficient for it.
Yours very truly,
W.S. Mallory
