September 27th, 1900 Mr. H.S. Gay, Supt., Edison, N.J. Dear Sir:- Please arrange to have the Chemist report to you each day the phosphorus determinations and be very careful nothing is shipped to Bethlehem with phosphorous above .04 as they would decline to accept them.
