The Ingersoll-Sergeant Drill Company,
Havenmeyer Building,
New York City.
Dear Sirs:-
We have suspended operations at our plant at Edison, N.J. until next Spring or possibly later, and we have the following consigned stock on hand which we will return if you desire us to do so. If not, of course, we will retain it until the Works are again on operation. It is our exposition now to resume construction work in the Spring, but as Mr. Edison has in mind some very extensive changes, it will be quite a time later before the Works are put in operation.
Yours very truly,
W.S. Mallory
