agreement with WU re telephone and acoustic patents; TAE assigns all rights in US patents in exchange for $6,000 per year during seventeen years from 1 June 1878, payments to be made on first and fifteenth of each month; future inventions in telephones will be assigned with only reimbursement of costs of patenting not to exceed $250 each; includes settlement of terms of 22 March 1877 agreement; Lowrey as atty; all carbon button telephones to be labeled as Edison Carbon Telephone; this supersedes memo of agreement between TAE and Norvin Green as pres of WU dated 4/29/78
