[14 typed pgs] Exegesis of two proposed contracts. First one is set of modifications of bylaws of Compagnie Continentale, in consequence of proposed fusion of 3 Paris companies; other is between TAE and Banque Centrale du Commerce, giving it authority to carry out proposed fusion and reconsititution of Continentale. 1) Compagnie would still be to exploit Edison system, but may introduce other modifications or additions to the system; also revocation of EELCoEurope's veto power; lamp royalty to NY. Second proposed contract sets out terms for Banque Centrale du Commerce to effect fusion of 3 Paris cos.
