Bliss's with Kellogg's report and copy of contract recd; glad Kellog wants to make them [prob pens] perfect, Batch has spent two nights on English pens to fix them -- finds them better than last batch and with time they will come up to the mark -- still don't run as fast as they might -- discusses alterations to improve manufacture and comments on Kellog assertion in report
