#515 You remarked today "Our business has never been organized, and things are done without any head or tail." I've heard this before, and makes it sound like I was expected to organize it. "I cannot give any of my time to Isolated business in detail as the thing is so simple that any ordinary good engineer can attend to it perfectly as it is done in America."
