Editor's Notes
Am in receipt of yours of the 19th.###Arrived here last night about midnight, delayed one day longer than expected in Baltimore.###Note your comment re: the Riffle scheme; am pleased that the results turned out as they did; hope everything they try on the wet idea will prove likewise; but if they adopt that, I wish you would suggest to TAE that it would be a very good idea to take some of our ore, wet it thoroughly, and put it in the centrifigal machine, and see whether that works successfully on our ore.###His idea is that we could dry it in that way very cheaply, was quite successful with "old bed" ore; "But it is a question in my mind, whether, when he comes to get particles as fine as our con-centrate will be, whether it will act as quickly--the best way to find out is by trying it.###Note what you say re: TAE's comments about dry process. He had doubts before. He has spoken to you on the subject of wet and dry processing.
