Writes assuming that he knows the "contents of my letter to the Edison Co. regarding the satisfactory results of my efforts." He hopes that Siegal has notified TAE of his decision to transfer his powers to Villard. [see for etails about Villard selling bonds for European Co. "It would not be worthwhile for me to become interested in the bonds unless a larger amount of them can be secured. Under the understanding arrived at, the benefit of the purchase would go to the proposed new company & the latter, of course, would not care to get into so small a transaction." rev. tc 2013]
