FR 182 "taking the small houses as making an average with the large places and estimating a few that two houses equal one [building] there are about 1063 houses in the districts as mentioned, each say 100X25. Fr 183 tally of separate houses and buildings, block by block. Fr 189 measuring feet to specified street corners from station bounded by Platt, Gold, John, Pearl Sts. Fr 196 number of lamps and weight of copper needed for main and small conductors in squares 1-51 of distribution district.
