- "experiments in crucibles with fused substandces & different electrodes." "Fused sulphate lead iron & carbon electrodes 40 deg deflection on Tan Gal. High resist coil & 20 Siemens units resis outside. These expts continue with different materials for several pages. P. 25 "just tried some leafy lead by pouring molten lead from heighth into water. The lead to be used with or without lead plates in storage battery." P. 27 he tries different procedures for lead, got it more porous "for storage battery." "Making a sheet lead which just as cooling is put full holes by a brush to increase contact."
