"Revolve a magnet around the carbon so that the arc will revolve instead of the carbon." And then a scheme to "put a lot of regulator lamps with continuous fee in multiple arc" for some reason. Image two is dynammo regulat of some sort; also a three-lamp socket. Then more arc lamps ("revolving carbon continuous feed") Rough sketches "automatic regulator". Then very unclear sketch of "dissolving by different immersions--silver in cyanide or copper in cyanide of copper…"
