date draft application of 13 and 14 September was received by Dyer & Seely "The object of this invention is to produce Reproducers for phonographs which shall work independently of the irregularity of the recorded surface.###The invention consists of a new & novel moveable fulcrum, which although not a fulcrum in an ordinary mechanical sense is still a fulcrum to the motions produced in leversd etc fom recorded sounds on phonographic material….."
