Want it in patent offs Wednesday SURE [Wed. 9/19] TAE autograph appn: "The object of this invention is to produce Reproducers for phonographs which shall work independently of the irregularity of the recorded surface.###The invention consists of a new & novel moveable fulcrum, which although not a fulcrum in an ordinary mechanical sense is still a fulcrum to the motions produced in leversd etc fom recorded sounds on phonographic material….." Does not use elastic material (as in previous applications) which diminish motion (and sound). "The present invention supplies a reproducer which will reproduce without change of volume or scraping noise, from round cylinders to oval cylinders."
