"The law of electric current is that it exists or is produced *inversely* as the resistance to its flow in the circuit;" raising proportion of external to internal resistance will lower production of current. Says he's not an enemy of TAE, who is ill-served by alleged friends claiming for him that dynamo converts 90% of energy applied to it.
