- Six months ago, TAE disposed of of the right to sell the Phonograph in the US and Canada to the North American Phonograph Company. Three months ago, Tomlinson and Gilliland were dismissed by TAE. It is alleged to be due to Tomlinson and Gilliland keeping some of the money from the sale. The article ends with a short description of what Tomlinson has done for TAE.
