The story that TAE had been swindled out of $250,000 has been verified. The article describes Tomlinson's beginnings under TAE and the trasaction regarding the sale of the phonograph patent. The article then describes the ensuing investigation and the process of dismissing Tomlinson from the Electric Light Co.
