While it is not clear of Tomlinson has broken the law, what he has done is, put mildly, sharp practice. The circumstances make this situation seem even worse as TAE was the one who brought Tomlinson up from poverty. This conduct is simply a moral crime. "Modern civilization has tended too much to condone deeds whose heinousness could not be punished by the arm of the law."
