- Editor's Notes
- "TAE has returned to New Jersey from Florida. His deafness, which has been bad for twenty years, has been greatly aggravated, and he is confined to his room, and most of the time to his bed, with a painful and dangerous abcess in his head near the right ear. There is great suppuration, and to let out the pus his skull has been opened both above and below the ear." According to the Jacksonville Herald. ## The Edison and Gilliand parties have heard nothing of this.
