The Architect is willing to make a purchase of the entire plant just as it is in operation today, with an understanding as to the completion of the plant for the lighting of the entire capital. The U.S. Co. have not made a very brilliant success of their attempt to light up the House Lobby, but they have gone far enough with it to make them a competitor to a certain extent." Come down here & look it over.
