Title
[X154A7EC], Letter from Edward Hibberd Johnson to Uriah Hunt Painter, September 11th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"Edison told me he had set apart one third of the stock of his new Company for the stockholders of the Old Phonograph Co ad in addition had set aside something more for me. ## You are correct in the mater of my letter authorizing you to sell my Phonograph stock as soon as you could get an amount sufficient to liquidate my money obligations to you. I remember writing such a letter but I have no copy of it.""
