- In your agreement to sell stock to L. that one of the considerationsn to U.H.P--will be an agrement on put of Lippincott that he for himself and for his Co binds himslf that he will not compromise or pay Gilliland another dollar without compelled by Law & that he will not allow his Co to transfer the sotck over given Gilliland & that within one year he will enter suit fo the recovery of the sale or value therefor. In other words insure to me the payment to me of what Gilliland got & I will cary out the old division in this as well ie 1/3 to old stockholders
