- Edison to T. Puskas: Sorry he can not carry out negiotations with Drexel, Morgan but TAE needs money and Puskas must not delay to get his parties to furnish. Serrell will need $3000 to take put patents. "The fund I have is being rapidly exhausted, as it is very expensive experimenting." Will require $18,000 of copper rods to light Menlo Park 1/2 mile radius. "We are making rapid progress and the whole thing is going to be a sucess, but it will require more time than I at first anticipated."
