This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to Edison's winter home, Seminole Lodge, and to community interests at Fort Myers, Florida. The correspondents for 1916 include Nicholas Armeda, former captain of Edison's launch, who writes in regard to the purchase of a discounted phonograph.
Approximately 10 percent of the documents have been selected. The unselected material pertains primarily to routine management issues, bills, expenses, and property taxes, many of which were dealt with by Edison's personal business secretary, Richard W. Kellow.
