This file consists of testimony on behalf of Edison in the case of Sprague v. Edison, which involved conflicting claims over electric meters. Included are depositions, taken during the period 1883-1888, by Edison and longtime associates Charles Batchelor and John F. Ott. John T. Sprague was a British inventor and author of Electricity: Its Theory, Sources, and Applications and other works.
