Frank Jaynes, Esq.,
Superintendent
Dear Sir:-
We have made an arrangement with the Edison people to pay them for the actual time that the phonoplex is in use between Seattle and Victoria and Seattle and Vancouver. It will therefore be necessary that the manager at Seattle advise me each time the phonoplex is used between these points and for what length of time to enable me to make a correct report to the Edison people.
Will you please issue the necessary instructions?
Yours truly,
Mr. W.E. Gilmore
Vice-President, Edison Mfg. Co.,
Orange, N.J.
Dear Sir:
Please note MR. Barclays letter to Supt. Jaynes. I have agreed to the above. Mr. Barclay will render a statement semi-annually as to time phonoplex has been used.
Yours truly,
W.S. Logue
