Dear Sir:
For your information and records I have to advise that at the close of the month of June, 1901, we ceased using Phonoplex circuit between Cincinnati, Ohio, and Lexington, Ky., and the instruments have been shipped to our Supply Department at Chicago. Report to me of this discontinuance was overlooked by Supt. Miller.
