Editor's Notes
[written aboard ship.] Sent 3 proxy statements to TAE to vote Edison Tel Co. Europe shares; another will follow for White estate. Discussion of who to have authority to draw TAE money for Exposition; suggests having broad resolution passed by [Light Co.?] board. [difficult to read] Still want information requested re: plan of organization in various cities. Should be no negotiations before close of Expostion. PS Tell TAE that Lucius Foote agrees to be director of Tel Co. Europes PPS: Paris address for private correspondence.
