Memorandum of agreement between Consolidated Telephone Construction; representatives of Edison interests in Europe (ie. European Telephone Co.); and Edison. European Tel Co to pay expenses, buy all insruments and apparatus from Consol. Const. Co. (special terms apply for 3 years). TAE assigns all benefits from agreements he has made for his rights in Europe, including Belgium, Hungary, and Russia. European Co. to pay Edison expenses in Italy. European Co. to pay TAE Consol Const Co (the vendors) 175,000 pounds each; each vendor to appoint 2 directors. [this is regarding formation of Edison Gower Bell Co.?]
