- Editor's Notes
- [written on letterhead of TAE's Paris exhibit] Finally recd & signed final copy of Euro Tel Co. contract & by-laws. Gouraud to be here in few days, then he goes to Italy to attend teleph biz there. Affairs stalled several days by negotiation over compensation to be received by Co. directors. Think the business will be good but not as good as if Euro affairs had been settled last winter, which would have done excpet for greed of Gouraud's London friends. Replied to your cable inquiry about nomination of Gouraud & Johnson saying Gouraud's necessary, you know best about EHJ. Gouraud to chair new board of directors.
