- Editor's Notes
- [Enclosure to D8523Y] Reproduces series of telegrams between Garrison and Hastings in which Hastings (as agent for TAE) agrees to exchange two large dynamos for new ones with guaranteed capacity of 1600 lamps and exchange two small dynamos for new ones with guaranteed capacity of 800 lamps. TAE will also pay freight in both direction and pay for extra labor for replacing dynamos and resetting small engine. In return, Garrison's company will pay notes and withhold suit. Garrison will use station men to do the replacement work as much as possible. Batchelor[?] Marg: "Insull is it your understanding that we change both machines--I thought only the small ones."
