- "Yours of the 10th is at hand and we are pleased to hear you think you can still further eliminate the Phosphorous from our ore and after you have submitted the additional results to us we will communicated with you in reference to obtaining such a machine as you mention you can supply us with. ## In reference to the amount of royalty we could afford to pay [---]ld say it is difficult to answer until we can ascertain what the concentration will cost and what the product will bring. Perhaps the parties owning the patent would be willing to sell us a right for a certain amount or dispose of the patent to us. The writer is now just off for a ten days trip to Alabama and on his return would be pleased to hear from you further or if you have the time to spare a short interview with you of your own appointment might be more satisfactory"
