- Of the applications for patents of the U.S. which I understand are now allowed, the following have either been patented abroad, or Mr Edison has stated after examination that it is not desirable they should be ##Edison's Nos 201 - 33 - 334 - 338 - 372 - 382. Also cases of Wm. Holzer and S. D. Matt *case "B").##The remainder of the allowed cases cover inventions which are now in course of protection abroad, and in order to protect foreign interests, the final fees should not be paid upon them before April 27th 1883.##They are as follows: Edison's nos 360 - 362 - 366 - 369 - 371.
