Editor's Notes
Oriental Telephone##I duly received your favours of 15th & 20th April and also your cable [-------] on 26th of [----] receipt of which amount I [confirmed] on that day.##In the light of my cable to you confirmed elsewhere I presume you remitted to me the amount due me, less 5% to Johnson, and 20% to Batchelor of what remained after paying Johnson his 5%.##I want the shares dealt with in the same manner i.e.; 1st give Johnson a certificate for 5% of the shares coming to me; 2nd give Batchelor a certificate for 20% of what remains; 3rd send the remaining shares over to me. You had better have mine made out in several certificates including some 100 share certificates so that I can [----] them out [----].##I am very glad that this as well as other matters have been [---- ----] up as it is [really] annoying to you as well as to myself to have affairs drag along over weeks [-- --- ---]##I shall be glad [illegible]
