I have your favor of 25th inst and in reply would beg to state that I cannot (owing to my contract with the Edison Electric Light Co) negotiate with you directly as to Electric Light for monies.##If you will communicate with S. B. Eaton Vice President Edison Electric Light Co 65 Fifth Avenue New York, he will put you in communication with the right parties as I have written him requesting him to do so.
