Abstract

I received your favor of 11th inst this morning and at once cabled you "Send Sprague." I propose using him in connection with the establishment of the "small Town Plants.##You ask "How is my other protege panning out? (Benton)." Benton does not seem to know any more about our business now than the first day he came here & so far he has got no orders except one - Port Jervis Small Town Plant. I am afraid he will not pan out as you thought
