"We accept your estimate of Aug. 21st for water tank for $215.00; tank 17 feet in dia., stave 8 ft. long; Bottom 3" in the rough; staves 3 ½" in the rough. Bottom head-blind bolted. Wood to be selected cedar; tank to be erected by you upon our platform. Everything to be satisfactory to us. Please make and put in position early by Saturday, August 31st, 1889."
