The two dated entries in this notebook are from October and December 1889. The book was used by Charles Batchelor, Arthur E. Kennelly, and another unidentified experimenter as a rough record book in the Galvanometer Room. Included are notes, drawings, and calculations regarding electric railway experiments and other electrical experiments. Transcriptions of the notes and calculations can be found in Arthur E. Kennelly Notebook #2. The front cover is labeled "#570." The spine is labeled "98." The pages are unnumbered, and several pages have been removed from the book. Approximately 60 pages have been used.
